Invalid User: If you receive an Invalid User message upon signing in, you need to create an account first.
Mobile Number Already Exists: If you encounter a message stating that the mobile number is already linked to another user, you need to delete it in the SSO system.
Email Already Exists: If you encounter a message stating that the email is already linked to another user, you need to delete it in the SSO system.
Invalid Email or Client GUID: If you encounter an error on the forgot password page indicating an invalid email or client GUID, please verify that the email or username entered is correct.
User Locked: If the password is entered incorrectly more than 3 times, the user account will be locked. To regain access, use the Forgot your password? option to reset your password.
