App25

The App25 component is used to configure global application-level settings such as the application name, logo, favicon, and footer details. These settings help maintain brand consistency and provide essential information that appears throughout the application. App25 acts as the central configuration block for the application’s identity and footer metadata.

  • Load(Properties):
    • Loads core application settings.
    • Sets the Application Name, Logo URL, and Favicon URL.
    • Should be called during application startup or layout initialization.
    • Updates:
      • ApplicationName
      • LogoUrl
      • FavIcon
  • Properties Class:

    The Properties class holds the configurable fields used by App25.

    • AppName – The display name of the application.
    • FavIcon – Path to the application’s favicon.
    • LogoUrl – Path to the application’s logo image.
  • AddFooter():

    Adds footer information that appears at the bottom of the application pages. This method sets the copyright, contact, and version details.

    • Caption – Footer caption or company name.
    • Url – Website link shown in the footer.
    • Email – Contact email address.
    • Year – Display year or year range.
    • Version – Application version number.
  • Public Fields (Auto-populated):
    • ApplicationName – App name used across header, title & layout.
    • LogoUrl – Application logo for UI components.
    • FavIcon – Favicon displayed in browser tabs.
    • _Caption – Footer caption text.
    • _Url – Footer link URL.
    • _Email – Footer support email.
    • _Year – Footer year display.
    • _Version – App version string.
  • Outcome:

    A centralized configuration system ensuring that application-wide identity elements (branding, metadata, footer details) remain consistent, easy to maintain, and quickly adjustable without modifying individual pages or layouts.
